Sea Isle City - How did whole blocks of Pleasure Ave. manage to get painted as a yellow, no-parking zone, especially the places where there is clearly enough room for a car? And, interestingly only on the beach side! Also, where are the "parking police" from 79th to 85th Streets on the dead-end blocks to the ocean?
