Sea Isle City - Hear the music. Feel the base bouncing in your ears and let the words of the song (which are not in English) invade your home. I am not describing a summer party in Sea Isle. However, this is the cacophony you listen to if you live within two blocks/streets of a new construction site. In the past my husband has spoken to the construction people and has even contacted the builder to politely complain. The noise at the site is louder than any summer party. Why are these workers not told to respect the people who live here? They can't hear the music over the machinery so why should we?
