Have you sat at the traffic light located at Sea Isle Boulevard

Sea Isle City - Have you sat at the traffic light located at Sea Isle Boulevard and Route 9? The light for westbound traffic leaving the city or coming off the Parkway is frozen or timed out. I have sat with six or more cars for three minutes or more and we never get the go ahead green light. North and southbound traffic is not in sight. The congestion at this intersection is not necessary and a danger. This light needs to be adjusted and or repaired.
