Everybody talks about the dunes and how they saved us from worse

Sea Isle City - Everybody talks about the dunes and how they saved us from worse flooding. The only people who benefit from them are the ones on the beachfront. How about the severe flooding from the bay? That is where all the water comes from and the rest of the town is left to flood. Wish I could afford beachfront.
