Sea Isle City - Every day there are TV commercials promoting “ animal rescue” ...dogs , cats , farm animals, whales, raptors, etc BUT not one public service announcement about “ rescuing “ the homeless living in absolute hopelessness on the streets of every city in the US. The overwhelming majority need mental and drug assistance. Our politicians, our current government is failing all of us. And our public advocates care more about animal rescue than human rescue. Guess there’s more money in animal rescue. A sad commentary on the human condition in the 21st century.
