Sea Isle City - Each Sat nite I've walked the promenade and have not seen hordes of teens out of control. The mayor emailed us that he wants suggestions by January to crack down on teens. The new law he dislikes doesn't inhibit police from taking in violators but requires them to contact their parents instead of issuing fines. I think that's the part the mayor dislikes. If SIC wants to address teens, then create a space for them to gather, play music, be with each other instead of endless pickleball upgrades. An expanded skate park and designated lit evening section of the beach would be a start.
