Downtown does seem to benefit from all of the public infrastruct

Sea Isle City - Downtown does seem to benefit from all of the public infrastructure expenditures. Other sections of town like the 60s up through TI deserve paved streets and sewer pumps too. If council lets builders and speculators overdevelop our neighborhoods, they should at least allocate some public spending efforts our way too.
