Sea Isle City - Dear Mr. Mayor, I am writing on behalf of my friends. We would love to run on the beach early in the morning. We are tired of walking on the streets, dodging runners with strollers and people walking while reading their phones. My humans pick up after me and I know my friends' humans do the same. We don't want to be on the beach with other humans during the day. It's way too hot for our paws. Please consider giving us from 6:00 am until 8:00 am somewhere, anywhere on the island. We need to exercise too.
