Sea Isle City - A Court House spouter urged a Rio Grande spouter to "mind his own" business, concerning the use of food stamps by a man driving an expensive car to buy expensive food. However, if the RG spouter is a taxpayer, it is his business, as it is mine, because I, too, pay taxes. No decent person would begrudge a needy person getting a hand from food stamps or any other reasonable means of public assistance, but it would be naive to deny the rampant abuse of food stamps. I can remember only being able to buy cheap food for my family and standing in line behind a man buying lobster with food stamps.
