Sea Isle City - Councilman Gibson of Sea Isle has come up with a new way to improve the road flooding and it will help roads but suspect many more homes will get flooded as a result .Better idea would be to build walls along bay next to the roads on west side AND add some shutoff devices on pipes going under roads. When tide is rising shut off the devices until tide starts out.This coupled with a higher barrier between bay meadows and road would slow down the flooding of roads and homes by 90% or more. Sure beats the dumb warning signals the city put in as if no one can see road is flooded
