Sea Isle City - Concerned Seniors with the luxury Recreation Building going up. It will cost us all a lot of money. The City will have to hire several employees for the facility. Let's hope the Politicians will charge offshore and renters for the usage. Residents and Nonresident should not be charged since we are all property owners. Something has to be regulated to alleviate this problem that's about to happen to us Seniors. It's a money pit.
