The community center per the mayor is still hopefully $20 millio

Sea Isle City - The community center per the mayor is still hopefully $20 million dollars? If the city did what the voters voted on originally 5 years ago and started the work then it would have been $15 million without a pool. Who/what was the hold up that it is 5 years later and $5 million more? Are we getting the same building we voted on or has that changed to. Who’s at fault for this debacle?
