Sea Isle City - Coast Guard has a retreat property on 81 and 82 streets. It is fenced in and they keep it immaculate. The outside of the fence, which is stone and cement, is overgrown with weeds and is laden with dog doo, beer cans, etc. It is unhealthy and a safety issue. Sea Isle either needs to manage this or make it mandatory that the Coast Guard maintains it.
