Can the town fathers or city manager address the issue of commer

Sea Isle City - Can the town fathers or city manager address the issue of commercial vehicles being parked on the residential streets of our town? I'm not talking about the temporary parking of commercial vehicles while construction is taking place. My issue is with the use of residential streets for parking of dump trucks, trailers and other commercial vehicles overnight and longer. A few years back, when I owned a boat and had to park in the street in the front of my home due to a mechanical issue, I was given a warning that I had 24 hours to remove the trailer or face a summons.
