It's simple, ticket those breaking the law, biking and walking on Pleasure Ave., make them actually pay the fine when they come back for court, that way we generate revenue from tickets, and the word gets out that Sea Isle is cracking down on tourists that break the law biking and blocking traffic. Until officials open their eyes to reality, someone will get killed!
