Sea Isle City - Between the pedestrians plowing out across streets without even thinking about looking; cars have to yield to them, you see, no need to stop, look, and listen; and all of the maniac bicyclists, who obviously have the right of way everywhere; it is a wonder that there have not been dozens of fatal accidents this summer. It is not just me, there are similar spouts from Ocean City to Cape May. Where are the police?
