Being a business owner, I couldn’t help but notice all the city

Sea Isle City - Being a business owner, I couldn’t help but notice all the city workers cleaning up at the LaCosta Feb. 18. I was under the impression that employees from LaCosta were to clean up. The city workers cleaned up in the tents as well. Does everyone get this special treatment from the city? How much did the city spend on the payroll to have them clean?
