Sea Isle City - Avalon seems to enforce its codes that developers and businesses must incorporate some landscaping when they construct new buildings. Sea Isle doesn't seem to mandate any landscaping measures, or if they do, they don't seem to enforce them. This is unfortunate because trees and landscaping only help the town look better and benefit everyone. For example, if the city goes ahead and builds the new community center, but as a cost saving measure, eliminates any decorative landscaping from the design. The result will be simply another monstrous building like city hall with no curb appeal.
