Sea Isle City - Avalon and Stone Harbor have a live person answer the borough telephone during business hours. Why can't Sea Isle City have someone pick up the phone at city hall to take a call? Hearing a prerecorded message from the mayor, who runs through a litany of choices to press for the handling of a call, is not public friendly.
