Sea Isle City - Adding parking spaces at the former firehouse is the equivalent of placing a band-aid on a severed leg that needs surgery. Makes little difference. Weak vision coming from a few City Council members. Aren't there better uses for the space? Why not refurbish the historic building and put it to use in another capacity? Tearing down building after building erodes the sense of place in town. It makes Sea Isle hardly distinguishable. We'd be better bringing in city planners with consulting experience from other projects, not people with limited experience.
