Why is it that you have to be a home owner or resident to bid for a kayak spot but the slips at the marina are not done that way and are open to anyone snd once they get it it is theirs for as long as they want. These slips should be by lottery each year. It seems as though you need to know the person running the Marina to get a spot. But when is the town for the people of the town.
