Sea Isle City why isn't the City collecting Rental fees. Can anyone explain this. The City needs to collect on these properties. Attached Homeowners need to contact the City that there neighbors are renting. Attached Homeowners makec sure they have extra Insurance. Keep our taxes down start charging these Homeowners. I
