Why isn't the City of Sea Isle sending out a letter to every homeowner explaining that if you rent you are to purchase a rental permit. Many do not understand and they think there is no need when they go through airbnb! Increase rental permits to a 1000 and fines at 2000 if rental permits not purchased! The price of rent you charge you surely can afford these fees!
