Why isn't the City of Sea Isle checking on Pool Company's to dispose of chemical water that is not drained correctly! It's on neighbors property's and in storm drains! When a property is contaminated who is cleaning up the chemicals! Who gets sued the City, Pool Company's or the Homeowners!
