What's the point of Sea Isle even having a zoning map and requirements for only single family residences on substandard lot sizes if variances are almost always awarded by the zoning board to construct side-by-sides or two family residences on nearly every lot? It would save a bunch of time and paper work to just say two family residences are always permissible on every square inch of available land on the island!
