What will happen if someone breaks down on the Sea Isle City causeway now? There is no shoulder on either side of the road. The question isn't "if" an accident will happen, it's when. Also, it boggles my mind that they couldn't get the newly paved section smooth. Hopefully, it isn't reflective of their future work.
