What is with the 86th Street beach in Sea Isle.Not only no beach at high tide but disgusting appearance with flotsam and jetsum pushed up against the dunes by bulldozers in an attempt to improve the beach. Rails are missing from the beach path and the path itself is not sand but coarse stone.We deserve better for our tax dollar.
