We need to be sure that our community has adequate liability insurance to protect against the inevitable lawsuits that will be filed against the town for the failure to adequately protect the citizens and possibly renters from the COVID this summer. ( the definition of failure will be defined by the suit)The anticipated litigation will cost the city ,at best raising taxes and at worst bankrupting City.Mayors and Freeholders should also be sure that D&O policies ,with adequate limits are in effect to protect them personally
