We have an older Condo that the homeowner took the rugs out and replaced with wood floors. We can hear what they are saying, children constantly running, jumping all over the house. Our hanging lights move in the house. Any ideas for these Seniors. No we don't want to confront them. We have enough probs with them blocking our driveway or parking in it.
