Those of you arriving from out of State or from North Jersey who aren’t familiar with South Jersey I would like to ask your help. We have turtles crossing our highways currently going over to beaches to drop eggs and then returning to mud flats. Please keep a watch out as you drive into our shore towns and avoid hitting these turtles as the population is going down.If you hit one you kill the mom and 8-15 eggs that were going to be dropped by momma turtle.Please be aware of wildlife when entering of seashore towns .At night it could be numerous other nighttime animals . Please be aware
