There were four freshly dead turtles and one mangled, but still alive on the Sea Isle Causeway May 31. The flimsy piece of plastic hose that is literally six inches off the ground in some spots won't stop a single one. Whoever laid it out had to know this, and all this for a project no one wants or understands.
