There are so many inground pools in Sea Isle City! The Pool Company's are not disposing of the chemicals when they drain the pools allowing the chemicals on the neighbors property or in the storm drains who is responsible the Homeowners, the City or Pool Co. Shouldn't the water be drained in large black bags!
