To the spouter about the city employees smoking marijuana. This is something that has been going on for a while. They do it everywhere in city buildings they do it while driving trucks with guys on the back putting employees at risk. It is not legal to smoke marijuana and have a CDL. I have heard that the supervisors are aware of this problem and nothing is ever done about it also.
