Some suggestions for businesses at the vacant corner of 43rd and Landis: Tea/Coffee Room, Florist Shop, Bread, Cheese, Nut Shop, Pandora Jewelry, Bread and Bagel Shop, Tex-Mex Cafe. I'm sure there are a lot more than what I just quickly thought of but any of those ideas would be a welcome treat to the limited offerings currently available! It would be great if the entire "Main Street" shops of SIC could be revitalized with modern storefronts and a more inviting look. Look at Avalon and/or Stone Harbor, Smithville, etc.
