Sea Isle City so put an Ordinance in effect when there is any flooding that whoever is in the streets they should receive $1000 tickets yes you are going so fast up and down the streets water entering garages, foyers. Stop this Mayor this is uncalled for. So are you going to pay for the damage to our properties. We have pics of the peeps who did this. Enforce this Ordinance NOW. Pay the hefty fines.
