So the people of 38th street have gone in front of Council (same members) about a smelly water problem for the past THREE years and when they went AGAIN this year this was the response: Council President J.B. Feeley assured Caspar that the city will investigate and “do what we can.” City Business Administrator George Savastano said he plans to take a look at the water and try to pinpoint its source. Three years and still NOTHING!!!! It it were OC I’m betting it would have been rectified.
