So it seems Mayor Desiderio was kissing up to the Governor, “Uncle Phil” as he refers to him at a recent event in Sea Isle. Perhaps he is nervous about his November election and he is trying to play both sides of the aisle? Mayor can you choose a side, where is your integrity?
