So I took a ride up Landis yesterday after the rain and of course various intersections were flooded or closed. We’ve talked about this issue for years and since “ we live on a barrier island nothing can be done”. I’m glad we have been able to reallocate flood control monies for fishing piers, pickleball courts, Palm trees, new black street signs, ornamental signs on the promenade, a dog park, etc ,etc, etc.Hey , they are all more important projects than getting people safely through town in inclement weather! Thank you Mayor and town council.
