So the city plans on having a vendor sell acai bowls on the beach but not between 32nd and 45th streets to avoid competition for businesses. So I pay a beach fee like others but I either have to walk 5 blocks up on the promenade or to the vendor if and when I see the on 45th street but those that sit on 45th gets the vendor. Before everyone jumps on the "boy are you lazy." Try packing up 3 toddlers to go get a bowl 5 blocks away. The mayor and administrator needs to rethink that.
