Sea Isle has 89 children ages infancy to 19. Sea Isle has triple that amount of dogs. Having a pet costume contest shows the city knows their audience. Why such negatively and childish behavior. Every town has its challenges but in my experience the city and its employees try to get things right. Public works is so helpful and the folks at City Hall too.
