Sea Isle City as we go for our daily walks so many storm drains are covered with leaves and debris! Maybe the City could remove the debris to alleviate flooding in areas! Over twenty plus years we can remember the City cleaning out all drains also in the waterways! Why doesn't the City do this anymore! Just trying to save our properties!
