Sea Isle City regarding the benches on the promenade. When this was first started the person who acquired these benches were supposed to maintain them. They paid for the benches. There was no intention of them to have memorials all over them with flowers, keepsakes etc. they have become an eyesore, you can't sit on the benches at all. Let's have some class like O.C. with there memorials. The City needs to take everything off of these benches. It's cheesy looking. Names on benches, with sayings have so much meaning not all these items on the bench or attached to it. Let's sit and enjoy the Sea.
