Sea Isle City Politicians start charging the homeowners and renters for the elevator calls! It's out of control! As a homeowner you are responsible to have your elevator serviced every six months! We live in salt year round ,they malfunction,! An Ordinance needs to be in place! It should be mandatory that all elevators be inspected by the City with a fee to the homeowners! It called safety measures! Just waiting for a mishap to occur! Can you imagine the Insurance it will cost both attached owners when a lawsuit happens! Keep renting!
