Sea Isle City regarding the spouter about the benches on the Promenade. It was set up that you maintain the bench not the City. If it was not maintained or was in poor shape yes it was removed. So many looked like a grave site. No one could sit on the benches. Many complaints. The engraving on the benches is great to keep our beautiful memories going. But it got out of hand. They were starting to look tacky with all the grave site memorabilia. Look at the benches in O.C.The person who is making the miniature benches what a creative idea. Hopeful he will give some of the proceeds to a charity.
