Recently couples walking along Pleasure in the afternoon have been subject to aggressive shouting from a man in a green jacket and helmet riding his bike at racing speed. “Get out of the street!” or “Walk on the sidewalk!” , it comes from a face glaring with anger. Perhaps it should be of concern and others who are likewise accosted please take a picture and notify the SIC police.
