For the people claiming they do not get a response from City officials, or the Business Admin, email them everything. Then pick your favorite media group(Herald), and ask them to conduct a FOIA(Freedom of Information Act) request for the unanswered emails. Have them do some investigative journalism to expose the people who aren't doing their jobs, but seem to have no problem going to the bank, and cashing their big paychecks.
