Our town is without a daycare center since "Children Of Promise" closed. I cannot imagine why. It was supervised by the most competent, efficient, likable, dependable, and caring person you would ever hope to meet. That is the opinion of everyone who knew her. So what went wrong? The former Pastor thought the sun rose and set on her.
