Our family was so disappointed, and I'm sure other families were as well, upon hearing the news that Sea Isle City's amusements were closing and the area will be a parking lot instead. Was the city not made aware of this in a timely manner, in order to seek another interested party to come in and restore our present amusement area, or is a parking lot a better fit for our 'family town?' I guess the businesses won't mind having families leave SIC to visit amusement parks in neighboring cities.
