My worst fear realized: A houseful of company and no refrigeration in a six month old refrigerator/freezer. I called the dealer we bought the appliances from and could not get service until Aug. 29. This was Aug. 13. I called the authorized repair from the refrigerator company and could not get a part or repair for eight days. Really, in today's world? I called a local repair shop, someone was out same day, diagnosed the problem with the main computer board, overnighted the part and repaired the fridge in less than one and a half days. We were saved! Thank you!
