It’s time that SIC upgraded the formula water fees. It makes no sense to charge everyone the same fee. ( I know, there is a surcharge for excess water usage) We are no longer in the 1900s when every house in SIC was the same with similar occupancy. Why should a 2-3 bedroom/ bathroom house pay the same as a 5 bed/ bath that are all over town.? And how about residents who are here all year. And how about those who rent all summer ? VS someone who has a second home and is here 3-4 months of the year. Time to enter the 21st century and assess water fees based on actual usage!
